Users are solely responsible for the actions performed through their browser profiles, workflows, automation scripts, and AI agents.

4. Browser Profiles and Automation

AI Login provides tools for browser profile management and workflow automation.

Users acknowledge that:

  • Browser profiles are created based on user-selected settings.

  • Automation workflows are executed according to user-defined configurations.

  • AI-generated actions may produce unexpected outcomes.

AI Login does not guarantee that automated actions will always function correctly on third-party websites.

Users assume all risks associated with automation activities.

5. AI Agents

AI Login may provide AI-powered features, including AI Agents capable of performing browser-based tasks.

Users understand that:

  • AI-generated outputs may contain errors.

  • AI Agents operate based on user instructions.

  • Users are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated actions.

AI Login is not responsible for business decisions made based on AI-generated results.

6. Proxy Marketplace

AI Login may integrate with third-party proxy providers.

Proxy services are supplied by independent providers.

AI Login:

  • Does not own or operate third-party proxy networks.

  • Does not guarantee proxy availability.

  • Is not responsible for outages or performance issues caused by proxy providers.

Refunds and service levels may be subject to individual provider policies.

7. Subscription and Payments

Certain Services require paid subscriptions.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree:

  • Fees are billed according to your selected plan.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

AI Login may modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

Subscription changes will not affect completed billing periods.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using AI Login.

This includes:

  • Browser profiles

  • Workflow configurations

  • Automation templates

  • Uploaded files

  • User-generated content

You grant AI Login a limited license to process such content solely for providing the Services.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in AI Login, including:

  • Software

  • Source code

  • Design

  • Branding

  • Documentation

  • Trademarks

remain the exclusive property of AI Login.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer the platform.

  • Copy or redistribute proprietary components.

  • Modify or create derivative works without permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using AI Login, you consent to the collection and processing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

AI Login may:

  • Perform maintenance.

  • Upgrade systems.

  • Modify features.

  • Suspend services temporarily.

We are not liable for interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI LOGIN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

  • MERCHANTABILITY

  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE

  • NON-INFRINGEMENT

  • ACCURACY OF RESULTS

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI LOGIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • INDIRECT DAMAGES

  • INCIDENTAL DAMAGES

  • CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

  • LOST PROFITS

  • DATA LOSS

  • BUSINESS INTERRUPTION

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO AI LOGIN DURING THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Login, its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services.

  • Violation of these Terms.

  • Violation of applicable laws.

  • Violation of third-party rights.

16. Account Suspension and Termination

AI Login reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms.

  • Engage in abusive activities.

  • Threaten platform security.

  • Cause harm to other users.

Termination may occur without prior notice in serious cases.
